Philippine Air Lines DC-8 model

Between 1970 and 1978, Philippine Air Lines (PAL) operated two DC-8-33s on their international services from their Manila base.

The two DC-8-33s were leased from KLM. In addition to the DC-8-33s, PAL also operated a large fleet of eleven DC-8-50s and two DC-8-63s. By the early 1980s, the PAL DC-8 fleet had been retired and replaced with newer DC-10s and 747s.
